Shipping
- We ship within the United States in discreet, unbranded packaging.
- Lyophilized peptides ship stable at ambient temperature. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival for long-term storage.
- Delivery times vary by destination and selected service.
Storage on arrival
Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C and protect from light. Once received, transfer to appropriate storage promptly to preserve stability.
Returns
Because our products are research chemicals, they are non-returnable once shipped, for quality, safety, and integrity reasons. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened vials.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at hello@rejuvatidepeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.
Lost shipments by shipping carriers
In the rare event that a shipping carrier loses a parcel, Rejuvatide is not responsible to refund or replace items mishandled by the shipping carriers.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
Any refused or undeliverable shipments that are returned to our office are subject to a reshipment cost, even on orders that qualify for free shipping.
